Peter has been self-employed for the past 45 years, having owned and operated businesses predominantly in the steel distribution, manufacturing and renewable energy sectors.

Peter has served as a director on various boards, commercial, private and in the ‘not for profit’ sectors. Peter has a keen interest in organisational development and in his local community.

He has a thirst for education and an eagerness to help his local community to flourish by shining a light on the big societal issues, to change unhelpful public narratives in order to grow healthier and better-connected neighbourhoods.

Peter is married with 3 adult children.
